50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When traveling across the US for a short 6 day vacation, a person would hope the hotel website would be honest. We were fairly dissappointed with the Redundo Beach Inn/Best Western.
There is no free breakfast in the morning, and there hasn't been for 7 years.
Although the manager Edward was nice, He made promises to us that he did not keep.
There are so many hotels wanting our business - my advice, find one that is honest and delivers what they promise.

Good location in a safe area by the beach area.Overall price with taxes in the state of California. Overall the motel was okay but the price should have been reduced accordingly for motels of this caliber in the state of California.

The hotel was up to standards and all was well except the staff at the front desk was not friendly or warm. They acted like they did not want to be bothered.
