The stay was mediocre. It was not great, but it was not awful. The parking lot needs to be expanded. There was not enough parking for everyone who was there while we were and we ended up parking in a non designated spot. The parking lot has a huge bump right when you pull in that should be fixed as well. The continental breakfast was pretty good and they had great coffee!

The front desk person at check in was difficult, unfriendly and unhelpful. Each time I have stayed at the Galleria I have had the same experience with the check in person helping me. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.
