The hotel was very clean, with comfortable beds. I also liked having a refrigerator in the room. The pool and hot tub were small, but nice. The breakfast was very good, and was a full breakfast, even though the website advertises a continental.

We had a little trouble with the air conditioner, but worked it out. Also, requested wake up calls which never came.

It's a very nice hotel. They serve a great continental breakfast. We will choose Best Western on our next trip if possible.

They have a helpful staff and free coffee. It's in a beautiful setting.

The first room was infested with ants.

Never, ever, would I recommend this so-called "hotel" to anyone! When we got there I was not impressed with the outside, but once inside I thought, “Okay, it's just old.” But when I had seen that the sheets on the bed had not been changed, I immediately asked for clean sheets! Had I not been so tired I would have changed rooms or hotels!

I would think that the "management" would take these comments more seriously, as they ask for our comments. Not having a box of Kleenex is an oversight, but to not have clean sheets is unsanitary!

They had a friendly staff, they were in the middle of a remodel. It's in a great location, and the continental breakfast had a good variety.

The Best Western Red Mills Hotel was an old dump in Kanab, Utah; there was nothing else available with a national name and I was not familiar with Kanab. The motel that was recommended was not available. The place is a tourist town.

Best value for price. They give great discounts to the military.

They addressed us by our first names on the second night there.
