Best Western Ramkota Hotel Casper Hotel - Page 1

Stayed there for a month when we first moved here from Michigan. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone.

DISLIKES

*Sent us to the wrong room (people were in it)- understandable mistake but talked to another guest who had the same problem

*Rust in the bathtub from a continuously dripping faucet

*Missing one day of our reservation in their computer system (luckily they still had a room for that night)

*Hair on toilet seat

*Mirror in room broken

*Lamp cord cut (told front desk - no offer to bring up another)

*Thin walls

*Air blows into curtain so that it cannot circulate when curtain closed

*Had to take ice-cold shower after boiler break - no offer of some type of compensation

*Shower head very low - anyone 6ft or over could hit their head

*Hallway smelled (like feet?)

*Soda in vending machine expired

*"Game room" = out-of-order pinball machine and one video game

LIKES

*Bed comfortable

*Printer available in lobby

*WiFi available with strong signal

*Many channels available on the television

*No smell of smoke common to many hotels

*Staff for a hotel reception we attended were helpful

*Nice ballroom

Over booking... due to a new computer system? Dirty rooms... not enough maids? Old out dated and falling apart...unheard excuse. Expensive banquet that ran out of food, banquet attendees that had to help buss tables. Food that was really piss poor! Thank God for the rolls. Bad flow poorly planed for experts in banquets and conferences....!
