The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly - just complaining about his shift and the heat.

The hotel was overbooked and we had to walk a long way to get to our room.

No elevator, no courtesy cart.

The pool was closed for repairs - disappointing.

The area was bad - I felt like my car might get broken into.

The room was not very nice, though it was clean.

If we weren't so tired we might have asked for a refund.

It’s a good location for what we were in town for. It was good for a group of kids and they were not even mine. There was about fifteen of us all together.

The location was great. The staff was fast and courteous. The amenities were great, especially the continental breakfast. The pool was open even for our late check in, which was wonderful after a day of driving. It was a fantastic stay.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They handled the check in promptly and quickly. The front desk was well staffed to handle the number of guests arriving at that time, which was good.

It is in a nice location, close to the mall and a few restaurants. It is a nice place.

All amenities were excellent, all personnel was very friendly and courteous and all the requests were handled in a very expeditious manner.
