Best Western Ramkota Hotel Aberdeen

We enjoyed our overall stay. There was cigarette smoke that came through the vent. They contacted the people above us who were smoking illegally and cleared the smoke odder promptly. That was well done!

The hotel was a practical place to stay, located near where our event was and easily accessible into town. I was not staying as a tourist, I was only in town one night for business. It met all of my needs.

The location was great, we were there at the time of some high school tournaments, so it was rather hectic.

Our stay here was excellent. The rooms were clean and nice. The bar and restaurant served good food. The only small complaint was probably the attitude of the people behind the bar. Otherwise, we are trying to get rooms there again.

I am impressed with the restaurant services and the room was beautiful. However, there were crumbs in my bed! When I called the desk about it there was no apology. When I brought it up at check out, nothing was done.
