The location is perfect to my in-laws. It’s just outside the city, yet close enough to everything. The people running the inn are wonderful people. They are very professional, yet warm and friendly. The furniture in the rooms was falling apart. The heater in the second room we stayed in leaked all over the carpet and left a nasty smell. The workout room had outdated equipment and it was broken. The pool was warm but very cloudy, the entire visit. We couldn't see the bottom. I really liked the people running it. I will tend to deal with issues if the people are nice and treat me well. These people did. They wanted to make us as comfortable as possible. They also take care of repeat customers. They remembered me from two years prior.
There was always someone at the front desk. You never had to search for a working body. And when the kids got hungry, they were right there to offer them something. They treated my kids as people, not annoyances.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Raleigh Inn & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We asked for a postal location to mail an important document and we were told the mail would be picked up the next day at the front desk. Two days later, our mail was still sitting at the desk. A relative's room was filthy. We booked a meeting room that was in use when our family gathered to enter the room. The staff did not manage to provide chairs in a guest suite for our family meeting. However, the room was too small for our entire group and we had to meet one hour later than scheduled because of this.
