We stayed for 12 days at this hotel, it was clean, tidy, fantastic value for money and breakfast, was toast, cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, juice, tea coffee, i had 2 children they loved the pool and everyone was really friendly. We did not find it noisy we had parking every day.I think peoples expectation are 5 star on a beer budget.... great value for money.

Good
We have stayed at this hotel twice over the past five years (February both times), and I would return. We book one of the family suites, which would be out of our price range at any of the other suite hotels. Lots of room for the four of us, with...

Horrible
This hotel did not live up to its 4 star rating. It was extremely noisy, the "deluxe" breakfast was anything but, and it wasn't very clean. There were several people smoking and drinking directly outside of my (nonsmoking) room.

Everything was fully booked. Was fine until returning back on the third day to find a huge cockroach behind the door. They did come up right away to remove it but then we found another one in the sink! Yuck!! My kids slept with the lights on. They

Okay
I stayed at your hotel for two nights and I was not at all impressed. The room layout was strange. There were no towel bars near the sink (I had to go into the bathroom for the towel). The room was very uncomfortable the bed made noises when I...

Okay
We thought the rooms were better than advertised and were happy with the service and the quiet surroundings. We were close to the action that we wanted as well.

Good
Staff was friendly, efficient, and accomodating. Room was comfortable and included two sinks in bathroom. Beds were firm and comfy, pillows a bit too lofty and firm for me though. When we arrived, carpet had just been freshly shampooed-nice to know. ...
47 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The man in the office in the evenings was very quiet, unhelpful, and unfriendly. The breakfast was not as good as we expected it to be. The rooms were much smaller than we expected based on pictures we had seen online. All doors are outside and there is no elevator to the 3rd floor where we stayed. The ice machines were broken down everywhere except the 3rd floor. Our biggest disappointment of all was that the pool was closed during our stay for painting. We were not informed of that fact until we arrived with our children who were extremely disappointed. The pool/spa was one of the reasons we booked there. Since it was something that needed to be scheduled I think they should let people know when they book. I even called the day before we left and asked about the pool hours and she told the times with no warning of closure. That's dishonest. Finally, the couch hide-a-bed was the worst I have ever seen in my 47 years of life! It felt like a wire mesh mattress with a sheet over it - awful!

Good
We booked the hotel for 2 nights and the room is clean and nice. Parking space is small and limited, the staff helped us to find a "reserved" space. It's a pretty long walk to Disney, definetly NOT "across the street", it's really tiring when you...
