My husband, 2 children and I booked the King suite for 1-night. Upon arrival we waited about 20 mins to check-in while the fron desk clerk took every call that came in, making reservations and trying to solve problems. He could have asked them to hold or they need to hire someone else. I requested a crib/pack-n-play and they took me to a maintenance room where they gave me an old crib with dust covering it. They were nice enough to give it a few swats with a towel. The thing was awkward and weighed a ton and I had to wheel it to my room, which was a good distance. My children took their shoes off when we got to the room and about 15 mins later I noticed my 16 month-old's feet were black. While I was trying to figure out why, I noticed my 5 year-old's feet were black too. I then realized that the floor was filthy. There was hair in the tub, sink and on the floor. The breakfast consisted of WATERED down juice and coffee, small danish, hard boiled eggs and 2 different kinds of cereal. The breakfast area was part of the lobby with about 4 tables. We travel VERY often and I have NEVER written a bad review about any hotel. This place was disgusting. There are many nice hotels further South on Rte. 1 in Princeton. Stay at one of those!
