61 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My wife and I checked into this hotel, having asked for a first floor room. We got there late afternoon and got 2nd floor, not the end of the world. But my wife had to use the rest room immediately. No toilet paper. No tissue in the room. Only 2 hand towels. No others. One hand towel was clean. The other, hung on the rack, was still wet and cold. Opening it up revealed that someone had not only wiped themselves on the toilet with it, but also shined their shoes. I went to the front desk. They were very courteous. As we left, I asked for a discount and got a whopping $13 off a $89 bill! I would NEVER go back. Would you?
