We had confirmed reservations for a specific room type and price for two rooms but when we checked in, they gave us the wrong type of room. After hauling our bags to the room, we found this out and went back to the desk to ask for the correct rooms. At first they said they did not have any, but after showing them the confirmation documents the manager came over and try to tell us that he did not have any rooms. Once again I showed them the confirmation and half an hour later we had the rooms. The beds felt like a board with half an inch of padding, the rooms were infested with spiders, moths and other insects. More light bulbs were burnt out than not. The "free hot breakfast" was a waste. When we checked out, they refused to give us a receipt and said they would mail it to us. I just received it today and they have overcharged us. Find someplace, (anyplace) else to stay.
