The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The restaurant and bar and room service were closed because they did not pass an inspection, I was told. The front desk did make recommendations on where to eat, etc. The rooms need updating, there were stains on the comforters, band aids on the ceiling, and hair in the bath room. Bigger bath towels would be nice. The air conditioner never shut off, but staff did bring extra blankets when I asked.
This hotel made me feel respected: When I approached the front desk they let me know they were aware of me, and assisted me as soon as they could.
