The Plantation Hale was truly a unique experience for myself and my 10 year one month! The staff was very kind, caring, accomodating, and friendly, and we felt upon departure, that we had made friends for life! We definitely will stay with them again, and hope they will remember us as we will never forget how much fun we had! It was great staying so close to the Coconut Shopping Plaza, and we made it a twice a day walk. There too, we made several friends, and were truly treated with such kind Aloha spirit! It is close to many nice beaches etc. No, it is not fancy by any means. But, what we liked about it, was for such a long stay, we felt as if we were home in a nice quaint apartment! It is quite large, especially for the price. We have stayed on all of the islands, and we have stayed at much more elegant hotels, that is true, but, as I stated, none treated us with the kind respects as did the Plantation Hale. From the front desk people, to our room attendants, we felt so at home. Oh, and Elsie at the reservation/front desk, was just like having a wonderful Aunt looking after us!
