59 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We showed up without a reservation and all that was left was a handicapped room 222...*never stay in that room*...the headboard is up against the main entry door and it was slamming all night long. The manager apologized in the morning, but come on, she's been there awhile, and I’m sure she knew what she was renting. $164 for that loss of sleep and the furnishings were no better than a motel 6 in a bad area. She did good by corporate standards. She sold a lemon and kept the money. The noise abatement inside is terrible and small children were amuck in the spa pool.
