70 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel made me feel comfortable: Because was tired, accidentally locked my plane ticket and my keys in a suitcase. The maintenance staff responded quickly and efficiently to open the suitcase without ruining it. I also forgot pj's in the room and when returned from an all-day tou.
