It was way too expensive for what we received. The pool was closed. We had to ask two times for a rollaway bed and they sent one up finally at eleven p.m. and then they sent a pregnant woman by herself up the side of the mountain with it. Our oldest son ended up assisting her. There was no pillow provided for it. We tried to use the microwave and it just kept blowing breakers. We had a burned out light bulb and it never got replaced. They gave us three towels for the five of us. We asked for extra trash bags and never received any.

to return to the Best Western Pine Springs Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.
