Best Western Phoenix I-17 Metro Hotel

I stayed here around Valentine's day. The location and everything was great. Easy freeway and restaurant locations. Very neat and clean. I really enjoyed the hotel. Going to stay here again in October.

There were burned out light bulbs.

This hotel made me feel content: I was content with the good price, the great breakfast and the pretty good pool.

It's an OK hotel, they could use some security. It was a good price. The breakfast was OK, but they didn't have tongs to pick up the food. The internet never worked while I stayed there, and the staff didn't help out in any way. The staff should learn a little about customer service. The pool was out of service because of mechanical problems.

I loved the hotel's good location and great continental breakfast. But the staff was not too knowledgeable about the area. The pool was out of order, and the toilet did not work well in my room. Still, it was a good value for the price as this was a business trip and I only really just slept there.

This hotel is a fine place to stay.
