It was comfortable, but I suggest going out for breakfast.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Peppertree Yakima Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

The price was excellent. The rooms were clean and the location was near the freeway but not noisy!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Peppertree Yakima Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

A horrible experience

38 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

They gave away our room even though we had a credit card reservation, and I specifically told them we would be arriving there close to midnight. We were stuck sleeping in our car without any blankets etc. The temperature that night was 32 degrees.

They refused to help out in any way, or to try and remedy the situation. I am still in disbelief, although other local hotels were not surprised when I explained the situation. Apparently, they have done this before.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Peppertree Yakima Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel was easy to find, conveniently located near freeways, but not so close as to be noisy. They had a nice free breakfast bar that even included waffles and omelets.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Peppertree Yakima Inn.

It was a decent place to stay, although it looked like it had not been remodeled or updated in a while. The staff was pleasant.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Peppertree Yakima Inn.
