3 over 50 women stayed here in Sept. of 2007 for 3 nights. We did not encounter any of the problems previously stated, in fact, before we left, we made reservations for 4 nights over the 4th of July in 2008. We were also given quite a discount because we were reserving 3 rooms, all for the 4 nights. I would recommend this hotel to anyone trying to be near Pentwater and the beaches of Lake Mich.

Over-priced, unfriendly, poorly managed. This is an over-priced motel with little service, hostile staff, and when we were there, the Internet was not working and no plans to fix it, the hot tub was out-of-order, no telephone books in the rooms, and the breakfast area is tiny with little to offer. And all this for over $a day. Really, stay clear, clear, CLEAR of this place.

Check in took forever and we had to wait for a room even though it was past check in time. The walls were paper-thin and the neighbors were extremely loud.
