48 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The rooms leaked during rain. I needed and reserved a handicapped room that was not available when we got there. The hospitality rooms were not connected to buildings where the guests were staying. At breakfast, the waitresses screamed at the guests who had free breakfast and had nowhere to sit. Only one person was willing to help with any problems, the rest just acted nonchalant.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Pentagon Hotel - Reagan Airport.
I would not recommend it to friends.

A/C broke on second night asked front desk to get it repaired or move me they did neither. Stayed 4 nights. It was cooler outside. shuttle needs to run later than 10pm and you spend a lot of time waiting for it too. Otherwise clean & friendly staff.
