Internet was broken when we got there and staff could not have cared less. They first denied it, then admitted people had been complaining for a while. Then they said a manager was not available to talk too, they could not do anything about it, and...

Excellent
The hotel was great quality for a fair price. The front desk was helpful and friendly, continental breakfast good quality, and the room was clean and nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

The location was excellent for my purposes. The room was very comfortable and the night manager went out of his way to secure our needs at check in.
The reason for my stay was to visit my husband who is buried at Arlington Cemetery. Everyone connected with the hotel was especially kind. I plan to return there for future visits.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Pentagon Hotel - Reagan Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The rude hotel desk clerks aside, the rooms were in disrepair, you had to get a ticket from the front desk every morning for the donut coffee breakfast, noisey location. There is a comfort inn around the corner that is brand new.
Internet signal was weak and sometimes not available. I find it increasingly frustrating when a hotel advertises 'High Speed' internet, then it doesnt work and there is no support.

The staff here was very friendly. At first I did not think the rooms would be good, but you'll be amazed. They have a hotel shuttle which took us to the metro. Since we are a GCC member they gave us cookies, chips, and water. Good place to stay.

We arrived and there was no air conditioner. Actually, they said it was not turned on throughout the hotel, but the heat was on. The room thermometer indicated the room temp was already 79 degrees. Since they were unable to turn on the air conditioner, they offer us two options. 1) Open the doors and the room would cool off from the outside temp, but our question was what happens at night while we are sleeping? 2) They would try to get us fans to circulate the stale dead air, and we could call back in 20 minutes.
The room also had a strange odor. The vents for the heat/ac had what appeared to be moldy dust. After 20 minutes we went to the front desk, and after and hour of arguing with the front desk our money was refunded in full, and we walked across the lot to the Comfort Inn.
While we were at the front desk, they received three other complaints. One was sparks from the bathroom light, another was strange sounds from the walls, and the last, brown water and a backed up sink. On two separate occasions the guests from the Best Western were sent over to the Comfort Inn simply because the Best Western had run out of food. Overall this is an old building that needs a wrecker.
