The Best Western Pavilions is situated within the Anaheim Resort area, just minutes away from DisneyLand Park, Disney's California Adventure Park, and Downtown Disney. A shuttle is available for these trips. We enjoyed the hotel's hot tub, which is just one of the many amenities including, free parking, cable satellite television, broadband Internet access, and outdoor heated pool. This last was more like the kind of pool adults will enjoy a quick dip in than anything fun for kids, though. Nearby restaurants include Tony Roma's, Del Taco, Arby's, McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Togo's.

We booked five rooms under our name for four people per room. One of the people who arrived five hours before we all did was unable to access the room although she had the confirmation number and the name and they called me to ask for permission to let her in the room. The clerks would not allow her in the room so she had to sit for five hours before we showed up.
That evening I was not allowed to check into all five rooms even though I had prepaid for each room, because I had put my daughter and son's names on two of them. When we finally all arrived and could check all in, they did not ask for the names of the other people occupying the room but gave us four keys per room.
When one of the kids returned the next evening because she was throwing up, she discovered she had a demagnitized room key so she went to ask for another one. They would not give her another one although it was apparent she had spent the previous night in that room. We could not reach my son so they reached me, I gave permission and the hotel would not allow her in the room anyway even though I paid for the room. They let her throw up in the parking lot for over an hour while we found my son. It ruined the night for all of us. When I asked to speak to the manager on call or manager on duty, they informed me that they were unable to call them because it would inconvenience them! Do not stay at this place.
