Our family just needed an inexpensive and convenient place to stay while we visited family and friends. This one fit our needs perfectly. The room was comfortable and fairly quiet (the heating unit was a bit loud, but not enough to keep us awake)....

This is a very clean and friendly place to stay. I had no trouble with the curtains over the air conditioner and the continental breakfast was quite adequate to begin the day. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nothing.It was loud when I ask for extra towels I was only given 2. It smelled like smoke in my room the bathrooms need to be painted and the noise level controlled also there were NAs hanging outside and for 90 dollars a night I didnt expect that.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly, the room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was close to Hollywood tourist areas that we visited and to Universal Studios which was the main focus of our trip. We would certainly stay again if we make a return trip to the area.
The beds and bedding were much nicer and more soothing than standard hotel fare. The layout of the room was nice for extended stay.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Pasadena Inn.
