Best Western Park Place Inn and Suites Hotel - Page 1

All was fine during my stay.

I have stayed there before and it is my place of choice for this area.

We have stayed at this particular Best Western at least four times. The staff has always been courteous. The rooms have always been prepared, clean, and well maintained. There was a problem once with the wireless internet not working in the room in which we were booked. That could and probably should have been handled better. We are primarily traveling in that area looking at housing. My husband and I use the internet to search and email our real estate agent as well as other selling agents. On our most recent stay, the young lady who took care of the continental breakfast area was the best I've ever seen at one of their hotels. She was polite, charming, efficient, and always on task. They should be commended on their hiring practices. She reflected all that the hospitality industry should be, but sadly, sometimes is not.

I appreciated the front desk services and staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.
