35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The only thing I loved about the hotel was the convenience. It was right across the street from Disneyland, with kids that's a plus. The front desk staff on the other hand was horrible. They need customer service training, they ignored you half the time. There was one person helping you who was constantly interrupting you to answer the phone, while the other two just stand there. We had bug problems the two nights we stayed there, and when we told them about it, they waved it off like it was a natural occurance and they couldn't care less.
