18 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
We booked our reservations months ahead and payed. When we came, like many other guests, they had lost our reservations and even after we faxed the proof off of our credit card that we paid for it, they all lied, including the manager, and not only did they treat us like dirt, they also made us pay twice as much for a crappy room that smelled like mold, someone's butt, and cigars(by the way...it was non-smoking). Also, there was no privacy! There was always someone who worked there knocking at our door or calling us all hours through the night. This place was a nightmare! I do not recommend it to anyone.
