It's conveniently located next door to the Disneyland resorts but it was overpriced for the quality of the room. The room had very dated furnishings and an old, loud air conditioner that failed to work properly during our first night. We also had a non-working TV remote and it took over an hour for the problem to be resolved. All in all, I wouldn't stay at this location again, given the multitude of accommodations in the immediate area. Many of the less expensive motels nearby provided me a better experience in the past.

The location is great, it's right across the street from Disneyland. That's the only good thing I have to say about this place. The desk clerks move like slugs and have no customer service skills. I waited 20 minutes to just check out! The only clerk at that time didn't even acknowledge my presence. The rooms are quite dark, so don't expect to be able to read or do any work in there. We found hairs on the bathroom floor, too. Yuck. The parking is quite tight, too. I'll never stay here again.

I really like this hotel. It's right across the street from Disneyland. The rooms are clean and most include a sitting area with a couch. The only downside is that the lighting isn't that great. If I can't stay at a Disneyland hotel, I always choose this hotel. The rates are usually great too.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The front desk staff is professional. The rooms are clean. The beds are nice.

The staff at this hotel was very unprofessional! They were extremely rude and had no manners. They treat their customers like dirt. Customer service? What's that? If you can put up with these awful employees then be my guest. I will never stay here again, unless they do some serious replacing of their current employees. Oh, and they managed to mess up all of my paperwork!

I stayed here in September of '06. The front lobby staff was very rude & lazy. I found them to be quite offensive. They left me standing in the front lobby while they sat, ate, and chuckled, I was able to see them in the reflection of the window but they didn't seem to notice. My room did not have any hot water, they offered me another room, but it was not like the one I had requested. Then they messed up on my paperwork! I will never stay here ever, ever again, no matter what kind of deal they have going on. It's not worth it!

It's right across from Disneyland. It has clean rooms and the continental breakfast is not bad.

The hotel is very close to Disneyland. Parking is too tight.

This hotel is in the best location for Disneyland. A free breakfast next door was included. It had a helpful staff, and the view of the fireworks display from the balcony was nice. The room had a microwave oven and fridge.

The staff was rude.

The stay was as expected except that the front desk incorrectly had me listed as 'cancelled reservation' when I arrived. This was corrected within 15 minutes or so.
