54 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I travel a great deal on business, 29 stamps in my passport not counting my trips in the US. I Stay in a lot of hotels so I know cost vs value, and this place is overpriced. The rooms were OK, but the staff was freindly. Just didn't see why they charged so much for a room.

They recently did a full remodel and it turned out wonderful! Even the 'old' Paradise Inn was great to stay at before the remodel. The new rooms and the beautiful outside remodel make this one of the classier places to stay in Dillon. Of course, the staff is always a pleasure to deal with...a reminder of the small town hospitality that no longer exists in many other places. Being the business traveler I am, I have stayed at every hotel in Dillon and have always returned to the Paradise Inn. In the past 20 years, I have never had a bad experience there. KUDOS!!

42 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Rude Personal , overbooked rooms . No sorry I messed up. Keys don't work , Light fixture falling apart , mirror falling of the wall, bad heating and cooling. No heat in bath room , old room needs bulldozer for help. Pool closed to renovation and only one lousy ticked to the Y for one visit to the pool . High Priced for no Service!!!. You hate someone send them there.TV sounds like in a box , and no Internet either . More Service in the wild Woods than this grabby Hotel. One electrical outlet in the whole room . The only fan heater in the bathroom , no heat control heats to fire temperature hot (not safe). You sleep better on a wooden board than this bed mattress is garbage (you roll down the hill).Rude...Nasty...Yuk...Yuk...Yuk!

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Paradise Inn Dillon.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Best Western is one of the few chains left to allow pets and smoking without hassling the patrons. They are truly excited you decided to stay at their motel.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Paradise Inn Dillon.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
