53 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. A business associate had her car vandalized and there was a person who said she was trying to book a room for a few hours when folks from our group checked in. (Yes you understand that correctly.)
If you like to take your pillow with you on trips as many travelers do, be careful. The pillow or the case may be gone when you return, and the hotel and Corporate Best Western don't care. They will basically tell you to go pound sand. According to their national customer service representatives, their motels are allowed "so many" of these kinds of complaints per year. Imagine a theft threshold, what will they think of next?
