This was not a 4 star hotel. No restaurant (except for buffet breakfast), no bar, no shuttle transport to Siena city centre, all of these were advertised features. We were in a group of 31 and some rooms were not clean enough/smelt of smoke or...

Okay
This was a nice, clean place. It had decent rooms, but the staff wasn't very friendly. We asked about restaurants, and the concierge handed me a couple business cards and walked away. Our room was nice and breakfast was good, so we had no complaints.
