This was the only hotel I have ever stayed in that had live, healthy plants in guest rooms.

This hotel made me feel respected: All personnel were respectful and eager to answer any question we had, provide information, etc.

This was a business trip. I was not as concerned about luxury or convenience, as I only used my room to sleep and shower. The price was extremely low which is what I was looking for. I believe the experience of poor lighting and cleanliness was isolated.

Very friendly staff. Make you feel right at home and with friends.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The hotel staff was very friendly and talked with us in great length. Also helped us find our way around in Orlando to some clubs.

This hotel made me feel secure: They had a night guardsman that sat right outside our room all night. We were on the second floor.
