Best Western Orlando West Hotel

Very dirty hotel!! Our bed had dog hair all over it as well as the carpet. They did come and change the sheets but it took three trys before they could come up with a clean spread. Place had a STRONG oder of mold also. The staff was very nice and did try to make us comfortable, but to be honest, the place was just gross! The pool was even nasty...green around the sides and some on the bottom. On a good note..... the cafe on site did serve a good breakfast.

We would NEVER stay here again and would not think of recommending it to anyone!!!

Liked the hotel despite the reviews which had me quite frightened for a bit.

The internet didn't want to work though and it would of been good if we had a mini-fridge though........ Beyond that the bed was extremely comfortable (better than most hotels the same price).

I stayed here with my teammates for 9 days. Our room was broken into but with no signs of forced entry. Items stolen were a computer, wallet, cell phone and a back pack. My credit card was used several times before I could cancel it.

The hotel was useless.

It was convenient. They had shuttle service.

It is an acceptable motel. It has gotten more rundown over the past few years, but the prices have gone down, too.
