This is a good, modern hotel, located fairly near to many of Orlando's attractions. The hotel offers transportation to quite a few theme parks and there is also a desk where you can buy tickets before you go. The rooms are all well equipped, spacious and clean and some come with a fridge and microwave, which comes in very handy, especially during the hot weather! There is a wide choice of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel but the hotel's bar/restaurant and deli do good food too, although a little on the pricey side. The pool area is clean and pleasant and the staff are really helpful with any queries or problems too.

The staff was friendly, whatever we needed we got promptly.
Check in was a breeze. Shuttles to the parks were great, But you could walk about a 15 min. walk there are walkways the whole way also traffic signals allow you to cross the busy roads. Hot tub great after a long day at the parks.
Breakfast at the hotel was good, 9.99 all you can eat, there are cheaper places around within walking distance. I Trolley good for finding restaurants nearby.
Room was average, there were little tiny ants in the bathroom the first day then none after that. I would definitely stay again..

The front desk was very nice and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The room was very nicely decorated, the beds seemed like brand new and everything was clean and fresh.
I will return to this hotel when I return to Orlando!

We found the accommodations to be better than we expected. The price was very reasonable for this class of accommodation. It was very clean, well situated, and had every amenity one could want.
It was a very good value for the price. We were allowed to examine the room before we actually checked in. Everyone was most friendly and courteous.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This place can't keep a reservation. Upon arrival, they tell me I had no reservation so I argued with the guy. They give me a room and I get up to the room, the A/C unit leaked water all over the floor, and the bathroom fan was on because of the smell, and it was so loud.
The restaurant was okay but not worth going back to for the price.

After reading the reviews about musty dirty rooms etc., after booking I was prepared to stay elsewhere. On arrival we were taken to our room for disabled it was very clean. All of the staff were helpful, the only thing wrong was the free shuttle to Disney, which was on a 24 hour notice on a recorded phone, which never replied to us. I have asked for this to be changed for anyone else in my situation. The restaurant was good, a bit pricey, breakfast was not up to standard. The manager was helpful and did get us one day shuttle from an unprofessional person, so disabled be aware. The room was cleaned every day and the hall carpet vacumed and washed every week.
