I was really surprised at how bad this hotel was. The rugs in the hallways were dirty. The beds were old. Clearly the worst best western i've ever stayed in.

The jaccuzi was too hot for children to swim/play in, despite the desk's recommendation, and the 'seat' tilt in it caused me to break my big toe when getting out in a hurry (because of the heat).

Best western has always taken good care of us.
This hotel made me feel pampered: At 2 am our first night we had a mediacal emergency which they handled very well, by making sure we had transportation from the hospital back to best western, which they paid for. Made us feel great.
