I arrived with some trepidation after reading a few negative reviews about cleanliness and location. I was pleasantly surprised by a sweet, old-fashioned boutique hotel in a very safe neighborhood. A shuttle leaves every half hour until 9 p.m. for...

Room rate was more than advertised. Hotel staff were rude. Sheets and towels were worn and thin. Room was very hot, I was advised to open a window. Will not return.

Good for business travelers or turists. Close to the Dulles Airport and Washington, DC. The room we had for one night was big, clean had DVD player and High Speed Internet. Excelent hot breakfast included. Free parking. We will book again.
