Horrible
It was near the beach.There was food in the refrigerator and feces in the toilet when I arrived. All rooms are not ocean front. Parking was terrible. Room was a bit shabby. Room was not clean.

Proximity to the beach.Showed its age. The room was sufficient. A number of things needed cosmetic repair. It's awkward that where we stayed was down the street from the main hotel and we had to walk to the office/pool.

Location was perfect and made it easy to get around.The bathroom was too small and needed a new tub. Pleasant and friendly staff. Beautiful view and close to the beach.
54 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed in the penthouse suite on the 10 floor. Our bed was made twice in the week that we were there. The floor was swept 1 time. Traces of mold in the bathroom. We found a pair of shorts and underwear behind the dresser. There was not even a pitcher for ice water in the fridge.
Beyond that the rooms were quite the free continental breakfast was a plus and the pool was clean. I do not think I would return to the Ocean Sands.

The location, price, and the room! It was gorgeous.Lack of space in parking lot in front of actual room. Hard to back out of! It was awesome. I plan on going back to north myrtle beach in a few months, and also plan on staying at best western ocean...

We loved the view of the ocean. The room was very nice for the price and nothing between us and the beach but sand. The tiki bar at the pool was so nice.
They had good locks on the doors. We saw employees out and about the hotel during the day and evening hours. There are lots of lights on around the hotel at night.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Ocean Sands Beach Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
