We choose this hotel specifically for its location and the whirlpool. We drove more than one hundred miles to get to this motel only to find the whirlpool closed for repairs.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk person was very attentive and personable.

Everything was as we expected when we made the reservation. I would have preferred a first floor room, but they had an elevator so that made it handy.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everything was as we had ordered when we reserved the room.

They have a really, really nice sauna.
This hotel made me feel pampered: Well, I had spent 5 days in a tent and a canoe, and so sleeping on a bed, and using a hot tub, was pretty spectacular.

Best Western has always been very dependable. I always get what I have reserved. They were most helpful in finding a good place to eat and showed us menus from several restaurants.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: Everything was as expected and promised.
