Good
Great location to easily reach area sites, easy access to information centers, great hot breakfast (ham, eggs, sausage, gravy, fresh fruit, etc.), good layout of buildings and clerk was perceptive and competent in meeting individual needs.

Not a very good representative of Best Western.
When I made my reservation 6 months prior to our visit, we requested an upstairs room; we were given as first floor room. The desk clerk said there were no upstairs rooms available. When they became available (many were empty during our stay), they should have offered to move us up to one, they did not.
The bathroom in this room faces an empty lot with another type of business across the way. If you are standing in front of the toilet, whoever is on the stairway or just outside of your chest high window can see into your bathroom. This is quite uncomfortable when showering or using the toilet. The sheets were washed in so much bleach that the smell overwhelmed the room along with some type of over powering floral scent. I have asthma and was not comfortable.
They tried to charge me for use of a safe in our room, but it was ultimately discounted. We also lost power with no apparent reason given. The hotel manager had to go into the room next door to restore our power thus inconveniencing those occupants.
The free hot breakfast at the restaurant next door was quite good; although dinner left us with a bad taste (over priced, over cooked, yucky). We were there for 6 days and five nights, the desk clerk could only give us one breakfast ticket per day and we had to go to the desk each day to get the ticket for the next day's breakfast. When we asked why we could not get all at one time, we were told "because some people sell them". This is very poor customer service, especially for a Best Western (I have stayed at several with wonderful service). I made a complaint to Best Western, but have received no response.
