Best Western New Hampshire Suites Hotel

The general manager and the staff were very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable of the area. They went well out of their way.

This hotel made me feel content: They explained about various means of transport with alternate routes through the town.

We booked a suite and they tried to give us a regular room saying no suite was available. After complaining there was suddenly a suite available. They told the next family to check in the same thing. Once in the suite, the room was very nice and the rest of the stay was adequate although the bed was rather soft.

It's a fine hotel and has a good price. It is just somewhere to stay comfortably and conveniently for a Washington meeting, nothing more and nothing less.

The hotel was well located for both business and pleasure events. The friendly, welcoming staff was helpful about local attractions and restaurants. Some rooms need minor repairs or updating.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I have stayed at the same hotel on business for three months, so the front desk personnel remembers me and makes me feel welcome upon my return.
