47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I was woken up being bitten by something in the bed at 4 am. When I checked the bed, there were small brown bugs in the bed. Immediately, I went to the shower with red marks on my body and found the shower full of ants! It was a horrible night. I took some of the bugs to the front desk and they thought I was crazy when I didn't just want to change rooms. No way, and they had the nerve to ask me to stay again but charged me anyway. They did however send a $20 card for a future stay. I wouldn't stay there again if there were frost warnings in #$@@.
