Many wings to choose from the ends of which are extra quiet with keyed entry at ends. I stayed 1st floor and had no negaqtive issues: no roaches; no old fridge; beds were hard but slept like a baby.

Good
I stayed here overnight on business. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cute little balcony. The only problem I encountered was no remote control for the tv. The front desk gave me one that did not work. When I called them, they brought...

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked with the proper toilet articles. The air conditioning unit and the thermostat worked properly. The price was reasonable and I would stay there again when I visit the Naples area in the future.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
I had to change rooms 4 times - never have I had to do this before. Lots of unsavory characters roaming around. Gross carpet. Hallways smelled like smoke. I requested non-smoking room yet my room reeked like smoke from someone smoking next door...

Horrible
This hotel appears to cater to construction workers that spend weeks or months. Room smelled like urine and smoke. Halls stink and are dirty. Graffitti on elevator buttons. Horrible experience for my family.

The hotel is in need of some updating. The refrigerator was difficult to get working properly. I found a cockroach in the room. One of the two elevators always showed being on floor two, regardless of the floor we were on. I did not receive a wakeup call as requested, though the desk says they did place a call. With two adults and three children in the room, someone should have heard the call unless the telephone is broken or the ringer was off. The beds were very uncomfortable. It is a good location and a quiet facility. It is priced reasonably. I stayed there a year ago without the cockroach, wakeup call, or refrigerator issue.

would not send my worst enemy to this hotel. the room was outdated, and with a god awful smell of mold, from the rainfall, downpour, from last year hurricane season. the hotel is obviously operating with the idea that beggers can not be choosey. ...
