The box springs of a bed were broken. The pool was closed due to repairs of the floor leading to it. We asked about the pool when booking and I was not told we would not be able to use it. We were told there was a lounge with live music but the music was bad. The bar only served beer. The only reason we stayed was that there was no other hotel available because of a convention in town. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were very disappointed with the structure of the hotel. The employees were very nice and helpful at this location so it made our stay a little better. This hotel is not up to the standards that I have come accustomed to of a Best Western hotel.
