The one thing that I was disappointed in was that we lost power for almost 12 hours, and had no access to food or power. I felt that all of us in the hotel should have been offered our money back for that day. Everyone around us had power except us.
This hotel made me feel practical: It was like we were very important to them.

It was the worse experience I have had with a Best Western Hotel. The first night there were young men who were in driving through with a lot of young people hanging out in the parking lot until late. Security told them to leave, but they kept driving through.
