45 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The staff was excellent, letting us return unexpectedly for an early check in when we decided to stay an extra day after already having checked out and left.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Movieland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel was great my husband and i stayed there for 2 weeks and thought it was clean, safe, friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal for the Universal parks.

I would definitely stay there again.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Movieland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

49 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It took an incredibly long time to check in. The rude staff messed up my reservation and I was given a room with two twin beds, but I was able to change to a king size bed. The taxes included extra ten percent because of the tourist location, resulting in poor value.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Movieland.
I would not recommend it to friends.

77 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The motel was convenient to Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Theatre and Universal. The room was comfortable, neat and it had a computer with free online access. The reservations were easily made. The front desk people were very friendly and they had the check in finished quickly. Check out was a breeze. We did not use the adjoining restaurant or the breakfast buffet.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Movieland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
