50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had six couples travelling on motorcycles from Madison, NC to Maggie Valley. After a trip from hell to get there (pouring rain, flat tire on the interstate) our 4/6 hour trip turned into a 12/15 hour trip. We arrived at the hotel at 1130PM at night and of course everything was closed. However the night clerk was so nice to let us use the hot tub (which closed at 10PM) for as long as we wanted. The next morning we were trying to find a tube for the bike and Jeremy was so very helpful. Gave us a list of business that might carry the part, and extended our check out time to accomadate us. He was so very helpful! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice and our overall experience with Best Western was great!. We will be back again.

The hotel was perfect from the time we booked the reservation to the time we checked out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew how to get me to my destinations and knew a lot about the area. The rooms were perfectly clean and had a great smell to them once you walked in the room. Will definetly come back and would recommend to a friend. Perfect stay with reasonable costs!

This motel has recently been renovated. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The room was very clean. I liked the business area in the lobby which had a computer available to all of the guests for either business or personal use. Rocking chairs are provided right outside your door so that you can enjoy the mountain views.
