everything about this hotel is great! the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. the location is perfect! none of the traffic or congestion you'll find in boone, but plenty of restaurants close

This hotel was a huge disappointment. First off there was no fridge and microwave, even though we were told there was when we made the reservation. They brought us a fridge and made us PAY RENT on it!!! The bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was ...
Stayed two nights. There was no coffee, creamers, etc. left for the second night. There was hair IN the coffemaker and around the sink. (Not a lot, but yuck!)
One outlet didn't work so one lamp was of no use.
