Not happy with service or room!

with a budget, traveling for leisure

The service is good or bad depending on witch person is there that day. On many occasions they have been very rude and act like they don't want your business. The rooms are not clean, and I anyways take a can of lysol with me. I got out of the shower one time and by the time I had walked to my suitcase I had a big ward of hair sticking to my feet(nasty). and no it was not mine, I have blond hair and this was black and very long. Also the alarm clock was missing, breakfast is always over 10mins before time, because the employees want to get there work done and get off work. I have staid at the hotel many times in the past and every time there is always some thing wrong. I will say that the bed are nice since they remodeled. Well hope this review helps someone out there. If there is a next time I will make sure to take pictures!

Check in and out was efficiently done. Friendly staff. good service with a smile, and good quality motel. It was clean, everything in working order.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Mountain Brook.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I was surprised at the quality of the service. I was very pleased.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Mountain Brook.
