Best Western Motor Inn Starke Motel

I stayed here on 12/13/07 and checked in very late. My wife and I immediately noticed feces stuck to the toilet and pubic hair all over the bathroom and especially behind the door.

This room was musty and just plain nasty. I will never stay at this place again.

I was impressed with the new vanity counter, and shower, that was all! The room smelled like musk and wet dogs. The linen was dingy and smelled. There was a big black spider in the bathroom, probably looking for the roach climbing up the wall in the bedroom. The shower curtain was sour smelling. I went and bought my own towels and washcloths to use. ( theirs were all stained and smelled.)there was a car show in town,and no other rooms. I started to actually sleep in my car,it was that nasty. I think the chain "best western" would be ashamed of this place. if a homeless person is offered a room there,they should decline.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it's a wonderful place.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They made sure we were comfortable. They checked on us.

The hotel was nice but a little expensive. It was just a quick overnight stay while I was traveling.

This hotel is a fine place to stay.
