IF YOU ARE CONCERNED FOR YOUR SAFTEY, DO NOT STAY HERE. ME , MY WIFE, MY TWO CHILDREN, AND MY MOTHER IN LAW CAME IN ON FRIDAY 06/27/08 AND THE FIRST NIGHT WENT WELL. THE NEXT MORNING ABOUT 5:00 AM MY WIFE WAS AWAKENED BY THE DOOR OPENING AND A MAN...

When I stayed there I stayed with my dad and my sister and some other family back in 2003.. Now since I have had children I have consider on going back and taking them to beech bend and staying there.... So overall it was a pretty nice place to stay ...

50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Air conditioning did not work, indoor pool was to hot to use. Tub had hair in it. Toilet did not work. One room had no smoke detector. No towels for a full day- Dirty coffee pots in rooms.
I contacted the Best western chain and I got a insulting email back because I was not a REGISTERED GUEST, I guess that means it was in my sisters name not mine.

Horrible
Location is good. Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, hair all over bathroom. We asked for wash cloths three times, never received one, they were all dirty and in laundry. Indoor pool was dirty and had stuff floating in water. ...
