52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
On a recent trip to visit my daughter, we stayed in 4 different rooms over 7 nights a this hotel. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were always clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the free breakfast at the hotel most days and it was good. It's very quiet, but it can get a little noisy at times if you stay in a room near the freeway. Even then the noise was not very bad, but be sure to ask for a room away from the freeway if that matters to you. Our grand-daughters used the pool almost every day and enjoyed it. The hotel does need to add a few more TV channels, but otherwise things couldn't have been much better. The staff was friendly and helpful. We plan on making many more trips to the area and we'll be staying at the Best Western!

It was located right off the highway, but in the end of a court.Too much traffic in the area, and the non smoking room had a smokers smell to it. The hotel was ok I have been in better and in worse ones. The room smelt like cigarettes and it was a...

Hotel caters to the trucking industry, requires a 50.00 deposit for "room damage or missing items" as well as the normal incidentals. Also requires guests to sign a waver that they are responsible for any room damage or missing items. Does not honor a prepaid business reservation without express written consent of the card holder unless present.

I'm glad it was only one night.Small towels, unfriendly front desk, one person not busy had to wait for the other to get done. I got a smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. Towels were micro small and paper thin. Room needed work.
The staff was really nice and inviting. The rooms made me feel at home so did the people that work there. The price isn't too bad and the location in my opinion is perfect. Close to fast food, minutes from the mall, and right next to the freeway....

Every time I just want to get away for a night, I always choose this hotel. It is in the middle of everything though still manages to be somewhat secluded. For the most part the hotel is very clean and comfortable and a great price for what you get.
The atmosphere of the lobby is very homey. The rooms are also very nice and they include a mini refrigerator, a table and a couch. It is very comfortable.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff at this particular location really go above and beyond to provide good guests services. Andre', the sales manager, also went out of his way to help with local info needed in our search for a new home, and just to make newcomers to the area ...

This hotel was tucked nicely down a quiet street. It was very quiet and clean, even though it could be seen from the freeway. I'm looking forward to another stay at this hotel.
